Social Meeting 7 Feb 2026

Along with Show and Tell and our usual good humoured discussion and chat, Jo Simpson is going to show us what creativity looks like when you use a board book….the same board books that babies receive, are often available at Op Shops for $1 and can be recycled very well.

Bring along a glue stick (or PVA, matt medium etc. of your choice) unwanted magazines (home style, fashion, advertising, National Geographic etc) scissors and your creative self. We will be utilising words, pictures, letters shapes, colours, ideas etc. to create your new book.

ATASDA has a few board books available for $1 if you can’t find one.

This is an optional activity that not all may wish to complete. That’s fine…..still come along for the ride!
